Entraide Pierre Valdo’s governance consists in a strong structure which include poles, centres and board of directors. The governance is based on teams of specialists who act on different levels of expertise and in different areas.
The staff representative bodies (IRP in French) maintain regular communication with employees enabling positive impact on day-to-day work. The association encourages project meetings, internal communication, and teamwork.
Entraid e Pierre Valdo benefits from the valuable contribution of volunteers who generously give their time and skills. Each volunteer signs a volunteer contract with the association.
